Introducing the Qantas A380, the largest and most technologically advanced passenger aircraft ever built. It’s quieter, more efficient and more powerful than todays largest jets. Working with Qantas Creative Director Marc Newson, Qantas has created a superbly functional, stylish and comfortable cabin environment that is truly remarkable. The first commercial flight of the new aircraft took off on the 20th of October from Melbourne to Los Angeles with the first UK departure bound for Sydney is scheduled for January 2009. Initially the A380 will be available on 3 services from Heathrow to Sydney.
